Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
First time orders cannot be cancelled and are not available for a refund. These orders are prepared immediately after processing and delivered to you as soon as possible.
For recurring orders, refunds are considered within 5 days of delivery with proof of issue submitted to Customer Service. If 5 days have passed since your delivery, we may offer a credit or exchange when appropriate. Please note, we do not accept returns of any food or perishable items. If this is sent back to sender, it will not be accepted.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Promotional health and personal care items
Refunds and Credits
Once the issue has been identified and brought up to customer service, it will be remedied as swiftly as possible in the form of a reshipment, credit or (at the Manager’s discretion) a partial refund. If a refund is approved, you will be notified via email. The approval process may take up to 5 days. In the case a full credit is placed on the order or a reshipment is processed, a refund is not available for this order, as no money was exchanged. Please note that we have complete nutrition information on our website and food taste is subjective. These reasons will not warrant a refund.
If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t noticed a refund yet, first check your bank account for the day of purchase and/or call your bank. At times, there will be a waiting period to release the funds, per your bank.

Sale items and Clearance Sale promotions:
Only regular priced items may be considered for refunds or credits. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] or text 816-888-FLEX a picture of the issue with a brief description so we can help!
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
