Your meals arrive frozen at the source to lock in freshness and nutrients. They’re shipped in a recyclable box with ice packs to keep them at the perfect temperature. Just store them in your freezer, heat when ready, and enjoy!

Once your order hits the UPS/FedEx hub, you will receive an email that allows you to 'opt in' for tracking information.

The tracking number can also been found inside your dashboard under the 'Subscriptions' tab.

Yes! We offer 2 different portion sizes. Lite meals and larger meals.

Lite – Standard portion sizes with balanced macros.
Larger – Larger meals to fuel your goals/ appetite with more added protein.

We have 5 meal tiers available:
