Shipping policy

At FlexPro Meals, we work hard to ensure your meals arrive with the highest quality and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.

Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship meals across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

First Order Shipping Schedule

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after shipment, depending on your location.  If your order was placed Wednesday afternoon-Sunday, it will be sent on the first available shipping day of the upcoming week.
  • Orders placed after Wednesday 2pm CST (our weekly cutoff time) will be delivered the following week.

Recurring Order Shipping Schedule

Your meal box processes Thursday on a weekly schedule to ensure your meals arrive at peak quality.

  • Please adjust your menu before it is locked in on Thursday.
  • Delivery typically occurs Tuesday-Thursday the week after your order processes.

Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

All meals are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit. We recommend refrigerating your meals immediately upon delivery to prepare for your upcoming week.

Shipping Costs

If you spend over $150, you will receive free shipping!  Any order below $150 is subject to a small shipping fee of $14.99.  If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, the shipping fee is $25.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

FlexPro Meals is not responsible for carrier delays once your order leaves our facility. However, if your package is delayed and your meals arrive warm or spoiled, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can properly assist.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. FlexPro Meals is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by texting 816-542-4212. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
