At FlexPro Meals, we are committed to delivering high-quality meals and exceptional service to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items.
Order Issues & Refunds
If you experience any issues with your order, such as missing, damaged, or incorrect meals, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the problem, which may include issuing a credit or a replacement shipment depending on the situation.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Meals arrive spoiled due to shipping delays caused by FlexPro Meals. Carrier delays and damaged warrant a reshipment of your order and will not be refunded.
- Incorrect or missing items are confirmed by our team.
